Job Description: Accounting Manager

Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate

and timely bookkeeping services, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,

addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Bookkeeping: Oversees bookkeepers who perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks,

including data entry, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and financial

statement preparation.

  • Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for clients,

providing insights into their financial performance.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their

business needs, and providing proactive solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and

exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Minimum 5 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting

software.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and

verbal.

  • Client Focus: A passion for providing exceptional client service and building lasting

relationships.
